Refund and Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

If something is wrong with it, e.g it being broken, that does of course not apply and we will refund or exchange the product immediately.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 3 days if your package arrives in bad condition. We work with Route package protection, if you have history with receiving packages that were damaged through delivery services consider purchasing the protection as we will not refund you otherwise since all items are packaged with enough care. 



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, bones, animals, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, mystery boxes), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


DISCLAIMER: we sell products that are naturally occurring so every specimen looks different from another, everything you order is absolutely one of a kind. Shapes, weight and sizes vary slightly also there may be small imperfections. Any imperfection will be listed in the description of the “product” or photographed and is visible in the pictures. For orders that get sent back because of an incorrect address given you will receive a refund immediately minus shipping costs. You‘ll be able to purchase the same items again after that. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
